Project Description:	This residential subdivision project consists of 21 lots on a parcel with significant slope and grading issues.  The lots and houses are specifically designed to fit the site. This infil site near the city center was completed in 2007.
⇒	GeoDatum completed the final engineering, construction staking and final platting for this project.
⇒	GeoDatum’s civil services included utility design, critical areas protection, permitting and project coordination/management.
⇒	Major challenges include preparation of a mass grading plan that included the use of rockeries and foundation walls to meet the very restrictive City of Redmond grading requirements.
