Project Description:	This multi-family and retail development project consists of a six-story building with three levels of underground parking. The six-story building will consist of 148 apartment units and 1701 sf of retail space located on the street level floor. The project will also provide an additional 70-foot of right-of-way which will include a large landscaped area.
⇒	GeoDatum completed the topographic and boundary survey for this project and will perform the construction staking and as-built documentation.
⇒	GeoDatum’s civil services included site planning, utility design, SDOT frontage improvements, permitting, project coordination/management and construction support.
⇒	GeoDatum's structural services included shoring design, post-tensioned elevated concrete floor design, foundation design and wood framing design.
⇒	Major challenges included extensive right-of-way work on the street frontage improvements to Linden Avenue, structural design to accomodate heavy roof deck planters, placement of the stormwater system within the structure and design of elevated concrete decks and columns within the residential portions of the structure.
